Do you charge to come out?
Not inside Nashville. In the outer ring there's a $39 trip fee, waived on visits over $300. Emergency call-outs at night, on Sundays and on holidays are $149 plus the job.
What if the job takes longer than expected?
The flat price is the price. If we find something bigger, like a corroded pipe or a soft subfloor, we stop, show you, and quote it before doing anything else.
Do you supply the parts?
Standard parts are included in every price. If you want a particular faucet or fixture, buy it and we'll fit it for the same price, or we'll pick one up for you at cost.
Do I need to be home?
For the first visit, yes, or another adult. After that we can work with a lockbox or a door code.
Do you work on gas lines, roofs or air conditioning?
No. We'll tell you who we'd call.
How do I pay?
By card or bank transfer after the work is done and you're happy with it. No deposits on jobs under $1,000.
